MEADOWGREEN DOG RESCUE CENTRE


TIGGER. HAS BEEN REHOMED……..FINALLY!! HOORAY!	REX. 3yr male German Shepard. This dog was found in a very poor state, but is recovering well. He is very friendly with people and other dogs and gets on fine with the kennel cat. Neutered, chipped and fully vaccinated.	ROCKY. 3yr male Staffy x. Rocky was found as a stray but had been rehomed to this area by another rescue. It appears he has been in rescue for most of his life and really needs a permanent home. He needs to be in a family where there is someone around a lot of the time. He really loves all people. He is fine with some dogs but not cats. Neutered, chipped, fully vaccinated.

MR DARCEY is still looking for a new home. This adorable boy would love a home where he could travel with his owner as he loves cars and travels well. He really likes to wear his harness so he can sit on a seat and gaze out of the window. This dog is great with all people and brilliant with cats but the only dog he has ever met that he liked is Lady a permanent resident at Meadowgreen so only dog needed.	Alfie has been rehomed.	Bouncer. Husky x lab who is looking for a home without other animals and with older children/adults. He is about 18 months old and very friendly with people but does vary towards other dogs. He would suit someone who is willing to give him plenty of exercise as he really loves to go for long walks and is very well behaved on a lead. Bouncer is neutered, chipped and fully vaccinated.

SCOOBY. Lovely affectionate dog who has been waiting for a new home for nearly a year now. He is a Doberman x Shepard of about 2 yrs. He is fine with most dogs, no to cats and would suit a family with older children/adults. Neutered, chipped and fully vaccinated.	STEFFI. Older female of about 8 yrs. Absolutely gorgeous girl who adores all people and is tolerant of most dogs, but would ideally suit an only dog household. Steffi really dislikes cats. She would be fine in a house where people work for a couple of hours as she is very laidback. She has been looking for a home for nearly a year and is spayed, chipped and fully vaccinated.	HARVEY. 3 yr Lab x who has been awaiting a home for over a year. He originally came to us after he was sold by his owner and lost by his new owner on the day he was bought. Neither bothered to look for him and he was left to roam for 2 weeks before we found him. He is a lovely dog who deserves a good home. Ideally with an older/adult family, he will need to be an only pet. Neutered.chipped and fully vaccinated.

Kushka and Rusty a really lovely mother and son duo. Would be lovely to find these dear corgi x pair a home together they are 7yr+ and dog friendly.

We have many lovely staffords looking for homes, the fact we have so many does not mean they are a problem breed it just means they were the unfortunate ones who ended up with irresponsible and careless owners.
